Appointments are booked 3 + months in advance. The length of time allocated to each appointment is unique and the duration of each appointment is determined by the color services that are required.
Whenever you book an appointment, it is your responsibility to notify Stacy of any appointment changes as far in advance as humanly possible. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR COURTESY REMINDER TO CANCEL.
7 days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a text, as well as an email, confirming the details of the color service appointment that you booked. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR COURTESY REMINDER TO CANCEL.
If you cancel after receiving your courtesy reminder, within 72 hours of an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the base color service price.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 100% of the base color service price.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the base color service price.

If you cancel and wish to reschedule, Stacy’s availability within the next 3 months is not guaranteed.

If you feel like you need an adjustment to you hair after a color service, please contact Stacy within 3 days of your appointment date and she will gladly discuss adjustment options.
